No Civics Meeting in November= Moved to 12/2. First Tuesday in December

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the November LPECA meeting has been moved to the 1st Tuesday in December at 7 pm at Kaminski Park (the stables). December 2nd at 7 pm. This meeting will include the biennial elections.
