LAKE PADGETT ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. meets the 4th Tuesday of every other month except for July, (Meetings=January, March, May, No meeting in July, then resumes September, November) at the Kaminski Park Clubhouse, Start time is 7:00 p.m. Reminder: Any items related to the LPE Parks and Recreational areas within the District need to be directed to the LPE Independent Special District (ISD) and must be brought directly to the ISD Board at their meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month. LPE Civic Association 2025 Listing of Annual Residents' Events

Future events may include ice cream socials, food trucks in the park, game nights, waterski, fishing or boating safety clinics, resident vendor opportunities, guest speakers forums, and other events. Additionally, many of our residents pool together to sponsor neighborhood events independently from the LPE Civic Association, such as the annual Lake Saxon Chili Cook-Off event (Super Bowl Sunday), and misc. golf cart and boat parades throughout the year. If you have an event you'd like to share please email the LPECA at info@lpeca.org All LPE events held within the ISD Parks need approval of the LPE ISD Board of Supervisors and must meet the necessary insurance levels of coverage as required by the LPE ISD Board of Supervisors Policies. Our events are open to the LPE Residents and their immediate guests. Please see LPE ISD Park Rules for residents' guests in the parks.

Saturday, April 19, 2025, Welcome Spring & Easter Egg Hunt Laird Park Time 2 pm to 3:30 pm

Lake Padgett’s Annual Spring Egg Hunt is a fun holiday activity for kids of all ages. Hundreds of eggs will be divided into color-coded age-specific groups and spread throughout Laird Park. There are also springtime-themed crafts and games to round out the fun. Be sure to bring your best basket, and hop on over for an “egg”cellently fun day!

ART In the PARK - A family event TBA Tentatively for May/June

Do you have a Rembrandt, Monet, or maybe an O'Keeffe Wanna-Be in your family?

Regardless of your child's artistic or building ability LPE RESIDENTS are invited to register for the LPE Civic Association for our 2nd Annual Arts in the Park family event. The LPECA will be holding an Arts in the Park, this event is open to LPE residents and their families and is a free event sponsored by the LPE Civic Association.

LPECA will promote the event by posting signs around the local area, posting notices on social media platforms, and purchasing ads with local news outlets. 3. Day of event: stage your driveway/front yard and Sell, Sell, Sell! 4. Remove all unsold items from your driveway and front yard and celebrate your earnings! Saturday, October 25, 2025, LPECA Trunk 'n Treat Event - Lake Saxon Park

Time: 2 pm to 3:30 pm

Join the LPE Civic Association for our Annual Trunk or Treat Event! Our resident ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses and ??? will visit from vehicle to vehicle (or golf cart) collecting their candies and goodies (supplied by LPECA) in a safe family-friendly candy exchange for LPE Residents and their guests. This event is open to all LPE residents, and we'll have some prizes, giveaways, and BOO knows... maybe even a few other surprises. Prizes for Best Costumes by age groups and one for Family Costume category will be announced. Registration is available but not necessary to attend.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: LPE residents are needed to help pass out candies to our ghosts, goblins and little ones please email us if you can help and then plan to decorate your golf cart or vehicle and head on over to Lake Saxon Park on Saturday, October 25th Volunteers willing to help pass out our pre-bagged candy please arrive at 1:30 pm for staging before our guests arrive. All properties within the LPECA boundaries are eligible to be nominated by current members of the Civic Association for the Best in the Hood Annual Holiday Lights Contest. Civic Association Membership is open to all District residents. LPECA Members Online judging will open on Saturday, 12/13 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, 12/20. The Events Calendar will have additional information on voting and judging that will be sent out to LPECA membership on or before Wednesday, 12/10 via email to member's primary email on record.

LPE resident households are invited and encouraged to participate and each LPECA member's household will be allotted one poll per household for judging. Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place will be provided by the LPE Civic Association. Recognition Listing for Top 20 Overall Chosen by Poll will be available on our website for downloading.

LAKE PADGETT ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. meets the 4th Tuesday every other month starting in January (January, March, May, NO Meeting in July, September, and November) at the Kaminski Park Clubhouse - start time is 7:00 p.m. Items related to the LPE Independent Special District (ISD) which includes any and all discussions regarding the maintenance and operations of the LPE Parks and Recreational areas within the District, must be brought directly to the ISD Board or their management company.
LPE Independent Special District (ISD) Board meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm at the Kaminski Park Clubhouse. Residents that wish to place an item on to the ISD Agenda must contact the ISD District Manager Sean Craft at the Rizzetta Management Company prior to the meeting: scraft@rizzetta.com or 813-994-1001 The ISD is responsible for anything and everything relating to the LPE Parks and Recreational areas within the District, including gate passes, decals, access, etc.
