LAKE PADGETT ESTATES is a unique waterfront and equestrian community located in the heart of Land O’ Lakes, Pasco County, Florida. The community is located within the boundaries of the Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District (taxing district) which maintains the 5 lakefront parks, 3 boat ramps and horse stables for the exclusive use of the residents. Activities such as boating, swimming, skiing, fishing and horseback riding are an everyday experience. Located within walking distance of the Collier Parkway and Weeks Boulevard entrances to the subdivision are the Pasco County Library and Land O Lakes Recreation Center which provides facilities for activities such as baseball, softball, football, basketball, tennis, swimming, and classes such as karate, dance, exercise, and a dog park.
Located just North of SR 54 between Interstate 75 and the Suncoast Parkway residents can enjoy convenient shopping with Wiregrass Mall and the New Cypress Creek Premium Outlet Mall just minutes away.
