LPECA Presents: LPE ONLY Residents Community Forums (01/01/2026)

The LPE Civic Association is offering LPE Residents the opportunity to join in future Civic Association Community Forum gatherings throughout the year.

We'll focus on a variety of topic-specific discussion areas with general fact-finding or subject-matter experts, as we share updates on Pasco County's activities within LPE, along with other informational meetings on local or Civic Association projects that may impact our community. Regardless of the topic area, we want, need, and hope you will join us as we come together to learn, share, and collaborate for the betterment of all our residents. These forums are not related to items under the jurisdiction of our ISD Board of Supervisors (Parks & Recreation areas).

We are committed to building stronger and more collaborative relationships within our community in an effort to unite our residents, help those who may need it, hold our property values, and to "get on the map" with those outside agencies, departments, and organizations that impact our everyday lives.

Supporting documents and the Forum Meetings will soon be posted via our Civic Associations Members' Only page on our website. Please note that for now, these Forums will be held on an as-needed basis. Watch for new updates, forums, and educational programs being offered. Some topic areas may include: Roadways, Stormwater & Drainage, New Residents Meet & Greet, Code Enforcement, Pasco County's Right-Of-Ways, Land Use Codes, or any new laws, rules, or ordinances impacting our community. We look forward to your participation.

May 2026 -Civic Association Members Meeting

LPE Residents are invited to join the LPE Civic Association Board for their May General Board and Resident Members Meeting at Kaminski Park-The Stable's Clubhouse at 7 pm. The LPECA is a volunteer-run not-for-profit organization. Our funding for events and programs is derived from the voluntary annual membership of our LPE Residents. Please help support your community - Become a member today.

Reminder: the Civic Association does NOT govern the LPE lakes, parks, or recreational areas. Questions or concerns regarding those locations and amenities will require your attendance at the LPE Independent Special District (ISD) monthly meeting. https://www.lakepadgettisd.org/

The LPECA holds its general membership board meeting on the 4th Tuesday in January, March, May (No Meeting in July), September, and November at 7 pm - Join Us!

Spring Community Yard Sale Event

LPE residents have the option to participate in our Spring LPECA Community Yard Sale Event. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, and 4.

RESIDENTS: 1. Collect items you want to get rid of.

2. LPECA will promote the event by posting signs around the local area and posting notice(s) on social media and local news outlets.

3. Day of event: stage your driveway/front yard and Sell, Sell, Sell!

4. Remove all unsold items from your driveway and front yard and celebrate your earnings!

Bargain Seekers & Treasure Hunters: Join us Saturday, October 3rd, to seek out treasures and bargains as various residents throughout our 1000+ homes in Lake Padgett Estates set up for our semi-annual Community Yard Sale Event.

Entrances to Lake Padgett Estates are located off Bell Lake Road (east of Hwy 41 and west of Collier Parkway) and off Collier Parkway (north of Hwy 54) at Parkway Blvd and another at Weeks Blvd, about a half-mile past Lake Myrtle Elementary School.

Plan for 2027 Yard Sales: LPECA's 2027 Spring & Fall Community Yard Sales are scheduled for Saturday, March 6, 2027, and October 2, 2027.

Saturday, October 24, 2026, LPECA Trunk or Treat Event - Lake Saxon Park Time: 2 pm to 3:30 pm

Join the LPE Civic Association for our Residents Only Annual Trunk or Treat Event! Our resident ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and ??? will visit from vehicle to vehicle (or golf cart), collecting their candies and goodies (supplied by LPECA) in a safe, family-friendly candy exchange for LPE Residents and their guests. This event is open to all LPE residents, and we'll have some prizes, giveaways, and BOO knows... maybe even a few other surprises. Prizes for Best Costumes by age group and one for the Family Costume category will be announced. Registration to volunteer to help pass out candy is available, but not necessary to participate. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: LPE residents are needed to help pass out candies to our ghosts, goblins, and little ones. Please email us if you can help, then plan to decorate your golf cart or vehicle and head to Lake Saxon Park on Saturday, October 24. Volunteers willing to help pass out our pre-bagged candy should arrive at 1:30 pm for staging before our guests arrive. BYO additional pre-wrapped, store-bought treats are welcome.
